**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of plumbing systems to identify issues.
- Assemble and build plumbing components according to specifications.
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations during all work performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

**Skills**
- Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to plumbing installations.
- Capable of heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment.
- Experience in building and assembling components as part of plumbing installations or repairs.
- Professionalism, Excellent Time Management & Communication Skills
- Ability to work with others and/or independently on assigned tasks

**Other Requirements**:

- Valid Driver's License
