Not only are we knowledgeable, passionate, and loyal ambassadors for beer, we’re also health and safety advocates, environmental champions, DEIB enthusiasts and we give proudly back to our communities. **The Role**: We are currently searching for a **Supervisor, Operations (Transportation)** reporting to the **Manager, DC Operations**. This is a **Full-Time Permanent** opportunity. **Location**: Onsite at the Bolton Distribution Centre **What You'll Be Doing**: - Coordinate and supervise the shift activities within a busy unionized DC environment - Monitor all transport crews to ensure all deliveries are made in a timely fashion in full - Providing a primary point of contact to internal and external customers - Managing ad hoc requests, their viability, and follow up communication - Training of new and existing employees and performance management - Addressing all deliver related issues with staff and customers in an expedient manner - Ensure that customer service targets and goals are successfully met - Conduct workplace investigations and subsequent follow up - Review work group performance and implement corrective action when necessary - Ensure the company’s Health and Safety, Operational and Budgetary efficiencies are met - Exemplify the Company’s dedication to customer service - Other responsibilities involve Inventory, Fleet and Warehouse Management, Quality Control, SOX and Audit compliance **Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience**: **Education**: - Post-secondary education is considered an asset **Experience**: - A minimum of 3 - 5 years of operations experience - Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset - This role requires that you hold a valid "G" class licence - Previous experience working in a unionized environment would be a strong asset **Skills**: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees across all levels of the organization. - Proven leadership ability to effectively manage the team of direct reports - Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills with peers, leaders, internal and external customers. - Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. - Above average communication skills - Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Ministry of Transportation and WSIB regulations would be an asset - The ability to make sound decisions in a timely fashion - The availability to work all shifts in a 24 hour operation is necessary to succeed in this role **Deadline to Apply**: [ENTER POSTING CLOSING DATE/TIME] **What We Offer**: Our success as an organization is a result of our commitment to our greatest strength our people We believe that any opportunity we can provide to help further your career growth and development is an investment in not only your individual success, but our overall success as a business.
