**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and analyze various tasks related to monthly, quarterly, and year-end activities.
- Participate and contribute to budgetary processes and follow-ups.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes related to the responsibilities of the finance team.
- Analyze and interpret production costs to recommend areas for improvement.
- Provide support to different managers and directors.
- Present the financial status during specific continuous improvement projects.
- Present financial information to the multidisciplinary team involved in new product development.
- Monitor performance metrics for various production and management activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience as a financial analyst.
- CPA accounting designation.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Analytical skills and mindset.
- Strong ability to manage priorities.
- Results and solution-oriented.
- Must have communication skills for teamwork.
- Team management experience.
- Experience with ADP (an asset).
- Experience in auditing and intercompany transactions.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
