**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various settings, including offices, schools, and public facilities.
- Execute custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness.
- Conduct facilities maintenance activities to ensure all areas are well-kept and functional.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned duties within designated timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning needs or concerns.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
**Skills**
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to cleaning tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by specific cleaning assignments.

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
