**CURRENT LOCATION**:City School Route (and/or other routes to be determined)
**_(with the understanding that you are employed by the Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division) _**

**POSITION**:Temporary Full-Time

**STARTING DATE**: February 3, 2025, or as mutually agreed upon

**END DATE**:June 25, 2025**

**POSTING DATE**: January 21, 2025

**HOURS OF WORK**:6 hours per day

**SALARY**: Year 1 - $95.09 per day**
Year 2 - $98.28 per day
Year 3 - $101.47 per day

Allowances - Drivers
- additional allowances as per Collective Agreement - Salary Schedule “C”

**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION**: Typically, the required knowledge, skills and abilities are obtained through successful completion of Saskatchewan
- Rivers Driver’s Training Course.
- Must possess and maintain a valid “Class 1 - 5” driver’s license with a School Bus Endorsement.
- Must possess and maintain a clean driver’s abstract.
- Must have at least 3-5 consecutive years of unrestricted driving experience.
- Knowledge of and ability to operate within Board policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of and ability to operate within The School Bus Operating Regulations, 1987 and The Highway Traffic Act.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the use of standard techniques required for securing passengers in wheelchairs
- on the bus.
- Ability to read and write to maintain daily records.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff, students and the public demonstrating
- tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to conduct oneself in a manner appropriate to an educational institution that provides services to children
- including demonstrating strict attention to confidentiality of school operations and student information.
- Ability to fulfill any and all other duties as outlined in the job description.
