**Job Summary**

**Job Requirements**
- Supervises and coordinates the work of all sub-contractors each day, while adhering to Company and Contractual requirements
- Validates daily tasks with the crew supervisors, schedules for workers and oversee quality of the workmanship
- Responsible for the safety of workers, sub-contractors, tracking quantity measurements and creating red line drawings
- Adherence to Health and Safety company polices and recommends any changes due to industry/Environment requirements
- Daily review of drawing's, locates and underground utilities
- Be the liaison with Program Managers/Project Managers on all various job sites
- Ensure the project is on-time while following construction schedules
- Ensure attention to detail when receiving and following instructions
- Report the progress of the project to superiors on daily basis
- Required to be involved and supportive of any day-to-day field decisions
- Resolve any conflicts and/or miscommunication that may happen on-site with City officials/Consultants and sub-contractors
- Develop and oversee quality standards on all sites
- Emphasis on the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment including training on safety gear (if applicable)
- Liaison with Property owners/tenants on restrictions that will impact their properties

**Job Qualifications**
- Experience in construction management is an asset
- Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance, and use, and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints and convey this information to others
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Basic Project Management Skills
- Diploma in Engineering Technology is an asset
- **Must have a Valid G license with a vehicle**

**Job Type**:
Full-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Work Location: One location
