**Full-Time Sales Representative**

**Nova Garage Doors® - Residential & Commercial Division**
**Based in Brudenell, PEI - Travel throughout Atlantic Canada (PEI, Nova Scotia, Eastern NB)**

**Pay**: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Target $65K-$90K+) + Benefits

**About the Job**

We’re looking for a motivated, people-first sales rep who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, knock on doors, and have real conversations. You’ll be meeting homeowners, contractors, and businesses across Atlantic Canada, helping them find the right overhead door solution, and seeing the job through from first handshake to final install.

We have a steady flow of leads thanks to our advertising and reputation, but we’re not looking for someone who just sits back and waits. The right person will also go out and build their own network attending events, visiting job sites, and checking in with past customers.

This is a role for someone who likes to be out on the road, meeting people, and turning opportunities into signed contracts.

**What You’ll Do**
- Sell residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial overhead door projects.
- Visit job sites, take measurements, and prepare clear, accurate quotes.
- Follow up on leads and keep building relationships with contractors, property managers, and past clients.
- Represent Nova at local events, trade shows, and community functions.
- Work with our admin and install teams to make sure every job runs smoothly and the customer’s happy.

**What You Need**
- Solid sales experience—construction, trades, or other high-ticket sales preferred.
- Good with people—confident, professional, and a good listener.
- Self-motivated—able to manage your own schedule and hit your targets.
- Comfortable learning product details and using basic sales/quote software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (you’ll be traveling throughout Atlantic Canada).
