Apparel Processor

**Summary**:
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager - Front End-Receiving, the Backroom Outfitter is responsible for accurately and effectively stocking merchandise to the sales floor and excess quantities in the stock room. This position supports back-room standards and takes ownership of the sales floor presentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receives and prepares merchandise for entry into retail or warehouse stock
- Accurately stocks merchandise to the sales floor in the proper home locations following fill procedures
- Assure visual presentation standards are met by up-keep and maintenance of back room and sales floor to include, but not limited to restock, re-merchandising, dusting, and vacuuming sales floor as needed
- Perform replenishment tasks across departments including filling, folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, hanging, and locating items
- Respond and handle customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management and the Team Lead

**Qualifications**:

- 6 months or more of warehouse experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Skill in operating various warehouse equipment including pallet jack, hand lifts, and clothing carts
- Skill in operating various retail/office equipment including RF system, tagging machine, and computer terminal
- Ability to be forklift certified
- Ability to obtain or current Firearms P.A.L. license
- Ability to use good judgment and logic
- Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle
- Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products and procedures is an asset
