Job Title: Exterior Cleaner ESC Exterior Cleaning Services, a locally owned and operated business, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team of professionals in Victoria. As a growing company, we offer a great atmosphere, good people, and lots of room for growth. **Responsibilities**: - Perform various exterior cleaning duties including gutter cleaning, window cleaning, moss removal, roof cleaning, and pressure washing. - Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality - Work in all weather conditions - Work as a team player and independently to problem-solve - Multi-task and prioritize workload effectively - Operate heavy equipment and lift up to 60 lbs - Climb ladders and wear harnesses confidently - Maintain good manners and a polite demeanor when interacting with customers **Requirements**: - Class 5 Driver’s License (Or “N”) with a clean driver abstract - Enthusiastic and hardworking - Comfortable working in all weather conditions - Ability to work safely and efficiently - Ability to work as a team player and independently to problem-solve - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively - Comfortable operating heavy equipment and lifting up to 60 lbs - Comfortable climbing ladders and wearing harnesses - No previous injuries that could impact climbing ladders/wearing a harness **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent **Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience Benefits: Available after 6 month review Schedule: 8-10 Hour Shifts, Day Shift **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal Part-time hours: 80 per week **Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): - At Least an "N" Licence with Clean Drivers Abstract Shift availability: - Day Shift (required) Work Location: One location
