Cafe Supervisor

The Paradise Cafe is looking for a 'Cafe Supervisor' on a seasonal contract of 2 months - July 25 to September 25. The cafe is a fast paced environment with an excellent opportunity to receive tips.

**Additional Skills**
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Establish methods to meet work schedules

**Specific Skills**
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Supervise and check food deliveries
- Maintain records of temperature logs, daily & weekly checklist.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
