**Requirements**:

- 5 years’ experience in heavy industry projects, steel, aluminum, and finishing (painting)
- 5+ Years of leading team is an asset
- Current welding tickets in some or all of the following is required: Flux Core, CWB, MIG, Stick, TIG
- Able to read blueprints
- Able to lift Up to 50lbs
- Technically minded, and have a strong customer service mindset
- The ability to work collaboratively with others is valued, and a strong attention to safety is essential
