**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Set up, install, and configure workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Office 365 environments.
- Monitor and manage network systems, backups, and IT security protocols.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and service needs.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and preventative maintenance on IT infrastructure.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in an IT support or technician role.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and common networking tools.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, user management, and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as **CompTIA A+**, **Network+**, or **Microsoft certifications** are an asset.
