**The Opportunity**

As a Paper Cutter Machine Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for running and maintaining our paper cutting equipment, ensuring every job meets our high standards for quality and quantity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products and provide regular updates on job status to your supervisor.
- Ensure all production goals are met while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Conduct proper machine maintenance to keep equipment in top working condition.
- Complete other duties as assigned to support the team.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or bindery setting is essential.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic.

**Availability**:

- Flexibility to work **Monday to Friday** on either the afternoon shift (**4:00 pm - 12:00 am**) or the midnight shift (**12:00 am - 8:00 am**) as business needs require.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations and terminology is a definite asset.
