**The Role**

We are currently recruiting for a **Mechanical Foreman. **We have a number of projects coming up in various locations.

Shift: 6/1

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Communication with team through daily safety meetings.
- Set up work completion schedules.
- Assist with project estimating, including labour, supplies and materials.
- Execute work in line with federal, provincial and client and company quality standards, codes and safety regulations.
- Communicating the job to and with tradesmen/ workers
- Supervising crew tasks
- Daily interactions with client on progress and project requirements.
- Assist Construction Manager on daily reports, schedules and manpower.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of management and supervisory experience
- Qualified trades personnel with experience in heavy mechanical scopes
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a high altitude area
- Flexible during times of change.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- Previous experience in civil/earthworks projects
- Previous plant experience is considered an asset
