We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Educator, where you'll play a pivotal role in building and implementing the way we roll out Salesforce our Enterprise CRM program across Queen's. As a Digital Educator, you'll have the chance to inspire and empower others through interactive learning experiences.

This position provides expertise and advice for a variety of technology training needs and materials. This position plans, designs, and develops training content including customized documentation and/or materials. This position assesses training needs and learning gaps and facilitates meetings and/or conducts surveys to gather training requirements. This position also supports program evaluation, and tracks and analyzes training program experience, and identifies future training needs and/or modifications.

**What you will do**
- Provides expertise and advice for a variety of technology training needs and materials.
- Plans, designs, and develops training content including customized documentation and/or materials.
- Assesses training needs and learning gaps and facilitates meetings and/or conducts surveys to gather training requirements.
- Supports program evaluation utilizing automated tracking and evaluation.
- Develops and maintains knowledge base accessible by users to facilitate self help.
- Tracks and analyzes training program experience, and identifies future training needs and/or modifications.

**Required Education**
- Four-Year Bachelor Degree or equivalent in adult education, education, or communications is preferred. In addition, requires trade certification, qualification, or on-going learning to remain ahead of changes in technology or emerging fields.

**Required Experience**
- More than 3 years and up to and including 5 years of experience.
- Familiarity with online learning strategies considered an asset.
- Experience in planning and/or managing projects considered an asset.
- Experience in managing/developing strategic communication plans considered an asset.
- Experience developing, coordinating and producing promotional and marketing material considered an asset.
- Familiarity with experiential learning theory considered an asset.
- Previous experience developing and delivering workshops considered an asset.
- Knowledge of eLearning standards and best practices as well as emerging learning technologies is considered an asset.
- Experience with software and web technologies considered an asset (e.g., ServiceNow, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), other software packaging, etc.).

**Required Licenses and Certifications**
- Additional teaching certifications (e.g., TESL, etc.) considered an asset.
- Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Job Knowledge and Requirements**
- Knowledge of concepts and principles in a specialist field that is typically acquired through a combination of advanced professional or academic qualifications and/or substantial work experience.

- Contribute to the creation and evaluation of possible solutions.
- Take action to remove obstacles and address problems before they impact performance and results.
