Alteo is looking for an Application Support Analyst for a contract position.

** 6 month contract + possibility of renewal **

** Company located in Laval, but 100% remote job **

Responsibilities:

- Respond to various service and support requests on Vantagepoint ERP.
- Provide rapid resolution of functional and technical incidents (level 1 and 2)
- Provide excellent customer service to internal clients
- Resolve incidents, report them and follow up with our supplier Deltek
- Investigate recurring incidents
- Evaluate and present solutions to the Application Manager (technical and functional)
- Document customer needs (requests) and manage the backlog by priority
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and monitor the progress of deliverables
- Writing technical and functional documentation
- Participate in the various tests (unitary, functional, acceptance, new versions installed), validate the results and carry out the production launch.
- Comply with internal IT norms, standards and processes
- Provide functional and technical expertise (log analysis)

Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant training
- 3+ years experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of MS SQL Server (complex queries, stored procedures).
- Knowledge of Deltek's ERP Vantagepoint (asset)
- Knowledge of Jira (asset).
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English)

Responsabilités:

- Répondre aux différentes demandes de service et de support sur le ERP Vantagepoint
- Fournir une résolution rapide des incidents (niveau 1 et 2) fonctionnels et techniques
- Assurer un excellent service à la clientèle aux clients internes
- Résoudre les incidents, les reporter et faire un suivi avec notre fournisseur Deltek
- Investiguer les incidents récurrents
- Évaluer et présenter les solutions au Chef Applicatif (technique et fonctionnelle)
- Documenter les besoins (requêtes) des clients et gérer le backlog par priorité
- Effectuer des suivis réguliers auprès des membres de l’équipe et surveiller l’avancement des livrables
- Rédiger la documentation technique et fonctionnelle
- Participer aux différents tests (unitaires, fonctionnels, acceptance, nouvelles versions installées), valider les résultats et effectuer la mise en production
- Respecter les normes, standards et processus TI internes
- Fournir une expertise fonctionnelle et technique (analyse de log)

Profil:

- BAC en informatique ou toutes autres formations pertinentes
- 3+ années d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Bonne connaissance de MS SQL Server (requêtes complexes, procédures stockées).
- Connaissance du ERP Vantagepoint de Deltek (atout)
- Connaissance de Jira (atout).
- Solide capacité d'analyse
- Solide aptitude en résolution de problèmes
- Fortement orienté service à la clientèle
- Parfaitement bilingue (Français et Anglais).
