As part of our ongoing investment in our **Toronto, Ontario** facility, we’re expanding our team and welcoming experienced machinists who are passionate about producing high-precision components used in the **aerospace, nuclear, and industrial** sectors.

**We’re currently hiring: Grinding Machinists**

In this role, you’ll be responsible for efficiently machining parts to tight tolerances, following detailed engineering drawings and specifications. Whether it’s **internal, cylindrical, spline, or thread grinding**, your precision and attention to detail will help us meet the exacting standards of our customers.

**What You Bring**:

- **5+ years of experience** in aerospace manufacturing preferred
- Proficiency in **internal, cylindrical, spline, and thread grinding**:

- Ability to machine within **tight tolerances (0.0002” to 0.0005”)**:

- Experience with **high-performance metals** like Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel
- Strong knowledge of micrometers, bore gauges, and depth micrometers
- A **certificate or practical knowledge** in machining processes (lathe, drilling, milling, etc.)
- Ability to read and follow written work procedures and communicate clearly in English
- Eligible to work in Canada and meet **Controlled Goods Program** requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
