**Hours**: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

**About the Role - What You’ll Do**

As a **Shipper/Receiver**, you play a key role in ensuring materials flow seamlessly through our operations. You’ll be the link between production, suppliers, and logistics — helping us deliver exceptional results for every project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain compliance with company **Quality** and **Safety** standards in all operations.
- Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Anticipate material needs and coordinate the movement of parts across departments.
- Ensure materials are available on time to keep production on schedule.
- Identify and communicate potential shortages or delays to management.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and responsibly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- Respect all confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

**What You Bring**

**Required Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma and **2+ years of experience** in manufacturing, production, or material handling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate **3,500 lb - 10,000 lb capacity forklifts** safely and effectively.
- Able to work in all weather seasons

**Assets (Set You Apart)**:

- 1-2 years of experience with **international shipping**.
- Valid **Forklift certification**.
- **TDG** and/or **WHMIS** certification.
- Experience with **Lean Manufacturing** principles.
- Knowledge of **tariff and harmonized system (HS) codes**.
- Familiarity with **ERP/MRP software systems**.
