**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Photograph real estate properties with a focus on composition, lighting, and detail.
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site to understand their vision and any special requests.
- Sort, organize, and upload files after each shoot to ensure a smooth editing process.
- Maintain and care for camera equipment and handle any setup required for property shoots.

**Must**:

- Possess a reliable vehicle for traveling to various locations (automobile allowance provided).
- Own a computer capable of running Adobe Lightroom.
- Be proficient in using computers and Adobe Lightroom for file organization and basic adjustments.
- Demonstrate strong work ethics and reliability.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients.
- Show eagerness to learn and continuously improve photographic skills.
- Be punctual, dependable, and capable of managing time effectively.
- Have a solid understanding of composition, exposure, lighting, and camera settings.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Reside in Richmond, Vancouver, or Downtown areas for convenient access to properties.
- Own Sony camera equipment (preferred, but not required).
- Have an interest in interior design and architecture, with an eye for capturing spaces aesthetically.

**Compensation**
- $20-$30 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
- Automobile allowance provided.
- Training and additional equipment will be provided if necessary.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
