The Maintenance Team is a tight knit group that lives for a culture of always putting our guests needs first. They support open and honest communication and enjoy being part of the team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver firewood, resetting WIFI routers / cable, preparing kindling, sweeping, cleaning and organizing tools
- Plumbing i.e. faucets, toilets, hot water tanks etc.
- Electrical i.e. switches, sockets, lights etc.
- Pool & Whirlpool maintenance and water conditioning while ensuring Parksville Health Authority Regulations are met - will train upon hire
- Driving shuttle
- Electronic lock progaming - will train upon hire
- Cleaning, i.e. carpets etc.
- Gas & electric fireplace servicing
- Evening lock down (putting away golf carts, changing garbage bags, etc)

**Experience & skills**:

- Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to make decisions and adapt quickly to various situations
- Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive work environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills (use of Property Management System)
- Clean Driver's Abstract & Driver Factor Report

**Hours of work**:

- 5pm to 9pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
