**Warehouse Receiver**

New Directions Aromatics Inc. is a preferred wholesale supplier of essential/carrier oils, cosmetic bases, and natural raw materials to many leading brand-name manufacturers as well as start-up companies in the cosmetics, lifestyle, and health and beauty sectors. With over 900 products and an extensive focus on all-natural and organic materials, NDA is a true leader in this space.

We are looking for a Warehouse Receiver to join our team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Follow all SOP’s
- Receive incoming shipments
- Check shipments for arrival condition of products and packaging
- Verify that quantities on Purchase Order match invoice and bill of lading
- Complete receiving document(s) as each shipment is received
- Notify Purchasing Supervisor & Lab for any quality or quantity issues/comments related to shipment
- Place shipment in designated warehouse location
- Rotate and organize inventory per company procedures
- Reorganize inventory as needed
- Other tasks as assigned

**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Experience with forklift reach truck and dock stocker
- Familiar with warehouse receiving procedures
- Able to read, write & effectively communicate verbally in English
- Able to work 5 days per week
- Flexible to work various hours & overtime as needed

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**:

- Ability to occasionally lift to 50lbs
- Able to ascend and descend stairs
- Able to bend, stoop, push, kneel and reach
- Ability to sit, stand & walk for prolonged periods

**Other requirements**:

- Criminal record check
- Confidential security clearance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
