**How does the role impact the organization?**

Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a bilingual (English and French) Documentation & eLearning Specialist to work in our downtown Toronto office to join the Private Client Group (PCG) team in a hybrid workstyle capacity. **What will your role be responsible for?**
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards;
- Develop training material both written and video for end-users;
- Ability to develop process steps and scripts for video content creation, including periodic maintenance for policy/process changes;
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success;
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement;
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements;
- Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage;
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation;
- Identifying knowledge gaps and updating support materials;
- Experience testing technical and business processes;
- Develop brand standards and maintain continuity of style of content;
- Analyzing metrics to determine whether there is a learning need and define performance objectives; and
- Ability to work effectively and collegially with multiple teams.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.

**Required Experience**:

- 1-2 years’ industry related experience in the Investment Brokerage or Financial Services industry as an effective technical writer. With a portfolio to share;
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS);
- Experience developing online courses;
- Bilingual in English and French with experience supporting both languages;
- Ability to communicate in writing in a succinct and organized manner; producing written materials, taking into account proper audience, content, format, and grammar;
- Experience creating scripts for webinar recordings and e-Learning narration;
- Advanced level design skills that focus on Reproducibility and Adult Learning Principles;
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics;
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- Experience working with project management teams to improve user experience;
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization;
- Experience in facilitation/presenting and with webinar tools;
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office
