**Position Overview**:
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Construction Project Supervisor is responsible for over-seeing all aspects of residential and multi-family construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves supervising a team of subcontractors, compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and maintaining relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
The duties of the Construction Project Supervisor include:

- Project Management
- supervise projects to completion
- collaborate with internal and external teams
- Team Leadership
- act as main point of contact on-site for sub-contractors, vendors, and site personnel
- conduct weekly production meetings
- Quality control:

- conduct daily site inspections
- maintain deficiency tracking system
- Safety management:

- implement & enforce safety procedures
- conduct safety inspections

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years experience in residential construction supervision
- Experience managing multiple projects at once, with strong planning and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to interpret architectural/structural drawings
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate in a Windows environment
- Must demonstrate strong work ethic and leadership
- Experience with Home Front and BuildPro software an asset

Ventura offers a competitive compensation package including extended health and dental benefits

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
