Job Overview:
We are seeking a small demolition team to work with on a sub-contract basis. As a sub-contractor coordinating with us on projects you will be responsible for assisting with various demolition projects, utilizing your expertise in Bathroom demolition, kitchen cabinetry demolition, electrical, drywall, flooring, tile, and plumbing demolition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform demolition tasks according to project specifications and safety guidelines
- Remove debris and hazardous materials from work areas
- Assist with the removal of walls, ceilings, flooring, and other structures
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in demolition or related field preferred
- Proficient in electrical removal work, drywall installation/removal, hand tool usage, plumbing removal, and flooring removal
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $150.00-$300.00 per day

Expected hours: 1 - 45 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
