We are looking to add hardworking and professional members to our team. We have a very positive and professional work environment and offer competitive wages that vary by position and previous work experience. We are looking to add crew leaders who have experience managing a crew as well as crew members who are willing to work as part of a team in the following fields: Property Maintenance and Landscaping. The positions are full-time, Crew Leader positions include snow removal work through the winter (with guaranteed hours). Crew member positions may also include snow removal work through the winter (with guaranteed hours).

Maintenance Crew daily tasks may include: Driving truck and trailer, loading and unloading equipment, operating lawn equipment, string trimmers, leaf blowers, hedge clippers, and a variety of hand tools.

Landscaping Crew daily tasks may include: Driving truck and trailer, loading and unloading equipment and materials, operating Mini Skid steer (bobcat), sod cutter, gas powered dump barrels, and a variety of hand tools.

Employees are to meet at the start of each day on site at our location in Oakville. Staff Parking is provided. No personal use of your vehicle is required.

**Requirements**:

- Must be trainable and willing to learn.
- Must have valid G2 or G license with a good/safe driving history. (G mandatory for crew leaders).
- Must be able to communicate and interact with customers in a professional manor.
- Must be team oriented
- Must show up on time
- Must be able to operate standard landscape equipment (Training will be provided).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs and work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Must be able to follow instruction with high attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow all safety procedures.
- Must be reliable

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- landscaping: 1 year (preferred)
