**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Kennel Attendant/Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This role requires a love for animals, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle laboratory samples and ensure proper documentation for testing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room. LOTS OF CLEANING
- Educate clients on preventive care, services offered, and follow-up procedures.

**Qualifications**
- VOA Certification a plus but not mandatory
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record keeping.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing high-quality care.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
