Junior Proposal Coordinator

**The Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing request for proposals and developing a proposal document that addresses all requirements.
- Creating proposal text; adapting existing material and working with the proposal team to develop new material, as required.
- Drafting of employee CVs using templates.
- Drafting of past project descriptions.
- Assisting with the facilitation of the proposal review process.
- Ensuring proposal documents are secure and up to company quality standards.
- Managing proposal production and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Participating in proposal follow-up and debriefings and
- Supporting the MDST in the management and maintenance of existing proposal material and templates.

**Qualifications, Education, and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering field.
- One to five years of experience with technical writing in a science or engineering field.
- Bilingual - High level of proficiency in English and French (written and verbal).
- Ability to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality deliverables under pressure.
- Ability to lead small project teams is an asset.
- Experience in the environmental consulting field is an asset.
- Experience in mining and/or industrial fields is an asset.
- Occasional travel between offices may be required.
- Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Ontario and Quebec legislation is an asset.
