**Skills and requirements**
- Good work ethic, people who can work independently and with a team.
- Must have experience in food preparation, cooking and service.
- Excellent attention to detail and knife skills
- Have good organizational skills and can maintain quality and speed of output
- Review menus and production sheets before preparing meals and prepare them properly.
- Must be physically able to lift and transfer heavy, hot items and stand for majority of shift
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
- To complete daily temperature audits for fridge, freezers and storerooms and record findings on audit form.

**Other requirements**
Should have your own transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
