**Branch Co-Ordinator: Windsor**

**Essential Duties**:
Provide Arc-1 Welding Supplies’ customers with an above average level of customer support encouraging allegiance and professionalism and enhancing the customer’s experience

Responsible for handling phone inquires, taking orders, processing, invoicing, assisting sales team in quoting new and exiting customers and assisting walk in customers

Perform all administrative responsibilities for branch location to support the sales/ service department pertaining to internal, external and other work orders such as opening, maintaining, comments, invoicing and filing

Data entry into **Trendex,** a software for welding supply companies

Yard organization, complete inventory management with input from inventory controller including ordering full cylinders and returning empty cylinders

Promoting a safe, clean and healthy environment throughout the location

Keeping the retail and stock area clean and tidy

Managed/schedule the truck run/logistic plan daily for the delivery of customer merchandise

**Skills and Requirements**:
Drivers License and transportation is required. DZ is an asset.

Work independently and have the ability to multitask is a must

Customer service skills and/or experience

Knowledge of office procedures

General understanding of mechanical/technical/welding terms is preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Full time employment: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on experience

Benefits and Pension Plan after 3 month
