**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Responsible for janitorial and cleaning duties in all offices, washrooms, and buildings.
- Upkeep of all surrounding grounds and parking lots at the base of the mountain.
- Shoveling and removal of snow from all public areas, walkways and stairs in winter season
- Shipping and receiving of freight and product
- Operating various types of vehicles including pickup trucks and forklift
- Safe operation of aerial tramway systems and gondola
- All other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
No Supervisory responsibility required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES
- Must be punctual, reliable and responsible
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Must be organized and possess a strong work ethic
- Successful team contributor and able to work independently
- Performs tasks safely and efficiently
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Applicant must be mechanically inclined
- Janitorial and forklift experience an asset
- General training provided

WORKING CONDITIONS
Shift times are 9:00pm-7:00am on average, 4 days a week (4 -10hour shifts per week).
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$19.82/hour up to $23.18/hour
