**Description Summary**

This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working outdoors, takes initiative, and values precision and craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities**
- Measure, cut, and install aluminum and steel soffit panels and fascia.
- Work at residential and commercial job sites, often alongside electricians and installers.
- Remove existing soffit material and replace when patio heater wood backing is installed.
- Maintain clean, level, and symmetrical installation lines for a professional appearance.
- Operate power tools safely (saws, drills, snips, etc.).
- Modify and install custom mounting brackets through soffits to support patio heaters and accessories.
- Assist with layout planning and coordination with electrical and mechanical installations.
- Ensure all work meets safety and building standards.
- Inspect completed installations for quality and alignment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in soffit, fascia, siding, or exterior finish installation.
- Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing aluminum and steel materials.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for symmetry and aesthetics.
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.
- Ability to read plans and follow layout instructions.
- Reliable transportation and valid **Driver’s Licence**.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week
