**Overview**

**Duties**
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all kitchen utensils and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support cooks and other kitchen staff with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Willingness to learn and assist in various kitchen tasks beyond dishwashing duties.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as necessary.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
