**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough carpet cleaning using power tools and hand tools to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Assess and identify the specific cleaning needs of each job, including stain removal and maintenance of carpet fibers.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks when moving furniture or equipment to access areas that require cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the cleaning process.
- Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled time frames while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the job are completed satisfactorily, including any necessary facilities maintenance tasks.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for effective carpet cleaning.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the cleaning process.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
