Biolyse Pharma is a GMP Licensed Canadian manufacturing company situated in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.
Biolyse is dedicated to the manufacturing of sterile injectables in the field of oncology.
Biolyse Pharma actively distributes its drug products to small and major Canadian Cancer Centre's as well as International markets.
The operations technician is part of the in-house engineering department.
- The responsibilities of the operations technician is to ensure that equipment is operating in a qualified and validated state at all times
- Run tests, diagnostics, and calibrations
- Conduct experiments and investigations under the guidance of engineers
- Inspect inventory and reorder materials and technical components
- Analyze operations and offer suggestions for improvement
- Maintain records and generate reports.
- Maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Performing installations and repairs, and trouble shooting problems
- Conducting regular inspections, and keeping daily operational readings, testing of equipment on a scheduled basis.
Other duties may apply. The operations technician reports to the Head of Engineering.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
