**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform interior renovations for multi-residential properties, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Conduct electrical installations and repairs as required.
- Carry out construction painting tasks with attention to detail.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for project execution.
- Install flooring materials according to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in multiple trades such as, electrical work, construction painting, flooring (vinyl/carpet) installation, taping, finish carpentry, plumbing, tiling.
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in plumbing tasks related to building projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
