We are seeking a PT Key Holder at Boathouse We believe that a job should be challenging and rewarding

The Key Holder is responsible for maintaining store standards and delivering a positive customer experience. The Key-holder will also be responsible for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team (ex housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards, etc.). Must be able to coach a team to success and have great leadership skills. You need to be results driven, have a sense of urgency and be able to multi task.

You must greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business like greeting. Creates a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude.Provides quality service in the fitting rooms, follows up with customers in a timely manner and maintains cash wrap cleanliness. Provides efficient service at the cash wrap.

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)
