**What we're looking for**

Juillet Cafe is home to a group of avid coffee lovers who are passionate about creating a bigger meaning and culture behind the simple cup of coffee. We believe in strong teamwork that allows us to become a welcoming place of warmth and comfort for every single person visiting our cafe. Although we are not yet a world-wide influencing cafe, we believe in impacting our local community one sip of coffee at a time

As a Juillet Barista, you will learn to fall in love with the arts and craft in building a drink that will be provided to the customers in expert service. You will be joining a collaborative team that will work alongside you every step of the way to support you.

**What we're looking for**:

- Master crafting all of the drink options in the menu.
- Managing the inventory system and providing report to your manager
- Welcoming and providing the customers the best services.
- Maintaining the day-to-day area fully stocked, organized, and well cleaned.
- Understand how to open and close the store with the proper procedures.
- Handle the cashier till and ensure accurate transactions

**Requirement**:

- Foodsafe Certified (at least 1 month after employment)
- Availability to work 4 shifts / week (Available Sat, and Sun) from morning shifts to evening shifts.
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service
- **Proficiency in English**:

- must be comfortable to being working in a full english speaking setting.

**What would be nice to have**:

- General knowledge about coffee and different techniques such as pulling an espresso or doing pourovers.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and working collaboratively as a team
- Organized and self-sufficient
- Understanding and Speaking Korean

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.40-$18.50 per hour
