**Gift Shop Attendant**

Permanent, part-time position 12 hours per week, as assigned
Employer: West Parry Sound District Museum

**Salary**: $16 per hour
Deadline to apply: until position is filled.

Under the direct supervision of the Curator/Manager, the Gift Shop Attendant will perform retail and visitor service duties, as well as site maintenance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Process sales and orient visitors,
- Maintains a clean and welcoming environment for visitors including the washrooms, gift shop and galleries.
- Special projects as they arise,

**Assets**
- Prior experience with QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every Weekend

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parry Sound, ON P2A 2X4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
