Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for an Insurance Advisor - Online Auto for our Online Auto Services Department to be based remotely. **The Opportunity**:
The Online Auto Advisor is an integral part of a team and will be the first point of contact for clients.

**The role will**:

- Engage with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them
- Work with a team of Online Advisors, handling clients needs online and by phone.
- Be a full-time, home based position (remote work)
- Develop new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross selling personal and commercial products
- Support clients in the claims process

**Here’s what you bring**:

- High School graduate
- Insurance Broker level 1 license required
- Minimum 2 years of Autoplan experience
- Sales experience an asset
- Ability to self-manage and meet production targets while working unsupervised
- If working from home, must have a suitable workplace conducive to a productive environment
- A natural ability at building authentic client relationships and functioning as part of a team
- High level of motivation, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion
- Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
