**The Opportunity**

Clean Harbors **Fort McMurray, AB (98SFH)** **Suncor Fort Hills **is looking for **Heavy Equipment Operators (Caterpillar Vac) **to join their safety conscious team This position requires a Class 5 license.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Responsible for safely and efficiently operating units;
- Ensures cleanliness of equipment;
- Completes all required paperwork;
- Attends daily safety meetings;
- Working as a part of a team with Customer, Coworkers & Supervisors.

**Qualifications**
- Class 5 Driver’s License required;
- Minimum of 1-year experience on off road CAT Vac Units preferred OR 3+ years of experience operating other yellow iron equipment;
- Minimum of 1-year oilfield or labor-intensive experience;
- Open mine driving experience and certification required;
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day, working under mínimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment.
- Capable of working outside in various weather conditions.
