**Overview**
We are seeking a Cook Assistant who can prep, batter, and fry like a pro—turning raw ingredients into golden perfection. No previous experience required—just speed, stamina, and a passion for delicious Chinese food
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling practices.
- Support chefs in cooking tasks, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients.
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during busy periods.
**Requirements**:
- No previous experience required.
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and expand culinary skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$19.20 per hour
