Marketing and Content Creator/coordinator

The Knox Contracting Group is looking for a motivated Marketing and Content Creator/Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for the creation, publication, and organization of digital and print content for a company or organization. They work with various departments and stakeholders to develop content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing and Content Creator/Coordinator may include:
**Social Media**

1. Producing media that is engaging, informative, and entertaining for a specific audience.

2. Create content for various social media platforms such Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn etc.

3. Creating visual content such as videos, images, and graphic

4. Posting and scheduling content to various platforms

5. Engaging with the audience and responding to comments and feedback.

**Content Creation**

2. All company Photography and Videography

3. Creation of video marketing and short documentary style videos

4. Capture the progress of all major projects.

5. Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

**General Responsibilities**

1. Developing and managing a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

2. Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the content strategy and identifying opportunities for improvement.

3. Researching topics and staying up-to-date with industry trends

4. Brainstorming and developing creative ideas for content

5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in content creation and using this knowledge to improve the company's content strategy.

6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that content is aligned with their needs and goals.

7. Develop brand awareness.

8. Communicate openly and effectively with Team and Leadership

9. Create/maintain a calendar that Managers/Team can refer to in order to see what promos, specials, featured products (etc) are upcoming.

**Character Traits, Skill, and Qualification**
- Ability to take direction and multi-task.
- Self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative.
- Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic spirit and outgoing character, detail-oriented, self-motivation, and flexibility
- No formal education is necessary.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise content for various audiences.
- Previous experience in content creation and video and photography is necessary along with a strong background in social media.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
