**Parker Canada Division **is hiring a permanent full-time **Warehouse Associates **in our Warehouse department at **our Milton location. **The working hours for this role are **2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday.**

**Starting Wage**:$20.00 per hour + Shift Premium

**Full Time Role**: Eligible to participate in quarterly bonus program and benefits immediately.

**Essential Duties**
- **Receiving**_
- Receive product using Data Warehouse System
- Stage received goods for replenishment in designated area
- Replenish product to stock locations
- Complete all required receiving paperwork
- Follow all Standard Work instructions
- **Shipping**_
- Ship product using Pack Verification System
- Process all courier shipments through Scan code shipping system
- Print reports and manifests daily
- Run query screens for customer shipments
- Process truck bills for shipment
- Communicate all shipping issues or incorrect/missing information to supervisor/lead.
- Follow all Standard Work instructions
- **Order Picking - Bulk and Carousel**_
- Pick parts to fill orders
- Verify parts and quantities match sales orders using the Pulsar system.
- Ensure product is stored in correct locations that don’t damage product
- Follow all Standard Work Instructions.

**Accountabilities/Responsibilities**

Abide by all company and regulatory policies, procedures andregulations required:

- Safe operation of all equipment.
- Correct disposition all non-conforming material.
- Complete all required paperwork and sign offs required.

- Record daily/monthly results on Team Improvement Board.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Participate in Lean/Problem Solving activities.
- Assist other departments as required.
- Understand the Parker Win Strategy.

**Qualifications, Skills, & Experience**
- High school diploma/GED
- Excellent team player, willing to learn, help others & have an awesome attitude
- Basic math
- Ability to adapt to change
- Problem solving
- Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 lbs. repetitively
- Reliable means of transportation to our Facility.
- Ability to stand continuously for a 10 hour shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous forklift experience is an asset

Pay: $20.00 per hour
