**CSN 32 Avenue** is looking for a well-rounded **Refinish Technician**to join their repair team in **Calgary, AB**. In this position you will focus primarily on all aspects required to support the paint department.

We offer flat rate with the opportunity to earn an additional production bonus up to $3 per hour based on efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a licensed Refinish Technician.
- Journeyperson or Red Seal certification is an asset.
- Strong understanding of management system and shop procedures.
- Strong knowledge of prepping/painting.
- Valid drivers license is mandatory.

**Career Overview/Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to all Health and Safety programs and participate in Health and Safety meetings to ensure the shop is in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Preparing vehicles and vehicle parts for painting.
- Masking and sanding of vehicles and parts prior to painting.
- Buffing, wet sanding and polishing of painted vehicles.
- Attend all daily and/or weekly production meetings.
- General shop clean up and any other duties required from Location Manager.
