**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems for processing transactions.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food and beverage options.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Knowledge and sale of curated mercantile items.
- Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing cash registers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support bartending operations as needed, adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables during peak hours.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling regulations is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems and cashiering is beneficial for this role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this position.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 35 per week

- ProServe (preferred)
