Even though you will not be working directly for FedEx, because we transport their packages and drive vehicles with their logos, they have 3 criteria that must be met before you can be approved to drive for us.

1. Clean criminal background check.

2. Hold a valid class 5 or better license for at least 5 years (must be over 21)

3. Two or less infractions in a three-year driver abstract and nothing that would be considered a major infraction

**4. Must have a great attitude and the ability to have fun at work (this one is non-negotiable)**

These three criteria are imposed by FedEx and not by us so they cannot be made exception to (except #4, that one is mine)**. If you do not meet all four of these criteria, please do not apply.**

Commercial driving experience is an asset but no longer a requirement. We will train the right people though a graduated driving program where you will start in a smaller vehicle and work up to the larger ones.

The current starting rate for this position is set at $18/hour ($20/hour after 3-month probationary period) and a monthly customer service bonus of $250 based on eligible days worked.
