We are offering year-round Permanent Full Time & Part Time positions with growth opportunities in our Nanaimo division. Wages are $17.50 - $25.00 and scale depending on experience, we offer a benefits plan after 3 months. A typical workday would run 8:00 am - 4:15 pm for a minimum of 37.5 - 40 hours per week, there is potential for O/T pay per pay period. **6 Month Retention Bonus $1,000**:

- $500 paid out at 3 months of continuous employment.
- $500 paid out at 6 months of continuous employment.

We are looking for people with or without experience and are willing to train and develop for potential leadership roles. You bring energy, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, reliability and have own transportation and you will gain knowledge, training and experience.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Working with a team pouring and finishing concrete.
- Form stripping and setup.
- Formwork fabrication.
- Steel work fabrication.

Additional training opportunities:

- Earn forklift ticket for heavy machines.
- Earn apprentice hours for:

- Carpentry.
- Concrete Finisher.
- Welding.
- Rigging.
- Crane Operation ticket.
- ACI concrete testing certification.
- First Aid training.
