We're looking for a **Lead Bathroom & Kitchen Installer**to be the face of our job sites, someone as skilled with people as they are with tools.

As a locally rooted company now in its third generation of leadership, we bring a customer-first approach and detailed craftsmanship to every project. From cabinetry and flooring to full gut remodels, we specialize in delivering premium, design-forward renovations with a tight-knit team and a collaborative, professional work culture.

We're hiring a full-time **Lead Installer** to manage and execute residential kitchen and bathroom remodels. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident leading projects on-site, communicating with clients, working closely with the office team, and mentoring helpers. You'll be entrusted with finished materials and high-value installations, so professionalism, punctuality, and foresight are key.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead day-to-day remodeling work on kitchens and bathrooms from demo to final install
- Manage site prep, layout, cabinetry, tiling, trim, and fixture installations
- Act as point of contact for clients on-site; communicate clearly and courteously
- Ensure work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines
- Mentor and collaborate with junior crew members
- Use project management tools (BuilderTrend or JobTread) for updates and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful job site
- Coordinate with suppliers and the office as needed for smooth project flow

**Qualifications**:

- 5 or more years of experience in residential remodeling, including full kitchen and bathroom installations
- Strong carpentry and finishing skills; tile and cabinet installation experience required
- Proven ability to lead jobs independently and solve problems on-site
- Excellent communication and client-facing demeanor
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Owen Sound shop (work vehicle provided from there)
- Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking and communication
- Located within 20 to 30 minutes of Owen Sound is preferred

- Competitive hourly wage at CAD$30 to CAD$38, based on experience.
