**Job Overview**:
The Owner Operator Administrator will be an integral part of the new Seaboard Transport Owner Operator Administration team. This team is responsible for managing policies and processes relating to the Owner Operator experience from onboarding to exiting. As well, Owner Operator Administration will create and implement processes to improve this experience.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Reconciles amounts owed to/from exiting owner operators to ensure accuracy for all parties:

- Initially this will be the focus of this position and it will involve organizing data from more than one system and identifying discrepancies between them to correctly calculate an exiting Owner Operator’s final pay
- Recognizes and reports issues and areas of concern so that improvements can be made
- Participates in implementing new processes
- Communicates with Owner Operators in a timely and professional manner to build trust
- Manages information that flows from various departments relating to Owner Operators to ensure adherence to policies and processes
- Maintains accuracy in reporting resulting in accuracy in payment to Owner Operators
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to think critically
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Some accounting knowledge or background would be considered an asset
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Operational knowledge is considered an asset
- Degree or Diploma in a related field is considered an asset
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast -paced environment
