**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for an Education Operations Associate to support all key operations for consumer facing education, including project and stakeholder management and managing and maintaining key processes standards to support operational excellence.

This is a hybrid position, based out of our **Toronto **Head Office.

**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Help support training needs by assisting with various operational aspects of the implementation of learning tools and programs in collaboration with partners and global affiliates, with a specialized focus on customer facing functions
- Support partnerships training needs by overseeing the project and task management of all consumer facing educational initiatives to drive high impact partnerships field presence under the guidance of senior leadership
- Help coordinate and participate in the set-up of all L&D events
- Support the Head of, Education - Global by assisting in meetings with key business partners to assess needs and provide insights and recommended next steps
- Support with metrics and reporting for all L&D initiatives
- Support to ensure that the learning calendar is completed and up-to-date
- Support to ensure all consumer facing L&D tools are organized in the shared drives
- Provide support for reports and recaps as needed
- Contribute to a positive learning environment and represent the key mission and value of DECIEM
- Stay up to date on DECIEM products and brand information, as well as current skincare and industry trends
- Help identify key opportunities to help develop innovative educational experiences
- Assist with the development of learning programs and tools, working with the global team regarding any amendments and updates to ensure consistency
- Provide support to the training department
- Perform other duties as assigned

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in sales, training or education is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Strong skincare and product knowledge
- Strong writing skills and record keeping abilities
- Detail oriented and passion for precision work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy levels and passionate about working with different personality types
- Solutions oriented and willingness to try different things
- Team oriented and a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & G-Suite
- Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in within a retail and/or customer service field is an asset
